The Advanced Adults Program is offered to students who have earned at least 2 White Stripes on their White Belt. In this 90-minute class, students will develop a deeper technical ability. This exciting and fast paced class will offer a technical warm up, learning and understanding of the position and plenty of time to train at the end.
How It Works
Students with at least 2 White Stripes on their White Belt will be eligible to train in these classes. Prepare for a fast paced and highly technical class! Our Expert Black Belts will be available for any questions you may have about the position. Take your game to the next level. We will see you on the mats!
